Today, we enjoyed our last little bit of vacay by having lunch and a play date at the park with my sister and my nieces. My baby niece Brooke is gonna be three months at the end of the month and I don't think I've ever posted a pic of her on the blog! Since she's not a little baby anymore, my sister finally said it was okay for her to make a cameo!
I got to snuggle with and feed her which was fun but totally weird at the same time. Since the baby stage has long left our house, I'm nothing but awkward when it comes to anything baby, lol!
It's so funny that our summer has come and gone because it seems like it was nice and long yet only started a blink ago. Weird...I must be getting old!
At the beginning of summer, the girls and I made our bucket list and it was fun checking things off as the summer progressed. I'm pretty proud that we did just about everything we set out to do. Here are a few of the highlights in pictures....
We definitely had a fun summer and I'm excited for all the new things in store for my school girls and me. School, here we come!

How wonderful that you made it through almost all of your list of fun things to do over the summer! The pictures are fun.
Life really does fly by...and I think that is true no matter how old ya are. For adults that is...cuz kids feel like Christmas and their birthdays will never arrive! ha!
Your little niece is just adorable. I absolutely love babies. (And each little baby girl reminds me of the times with my 3 girls when they were small.)
It is actually raining here today off and on...and I am loving it! This heat has just been awful this summer. I know there is more heat to come, but I am enjoying this little break.

P.S. Please keep praying for Papa John...he is on day # 9 of being sick. UGH! He goes to the doctor tomorrow morning.

Awww, she is just so cute!!! You did such a great job this summer doing fun things! I'm afraid I bored my girls to death! LOL! Praying as always for the girls to have a great school year!
