We ended up having a nice and relaxing weekend. We didn't do anything super exciting, but we did end up making it to the beach on Saturday night to get some clam chowder at the Splash Cafe. Yummy, yummy!
At the beginning of last week I made the mistake of mentioning to Alyssa that it was finally time to get all of our fall stuff out. Well, I should have never told her anything, because every single day of last week she made sure to remind me that I needed to get our fall decorations out. I finally told her we would get it all out on Saturday, so that's what we ended up doing. Alyssa had fun helping me get everything out and put up. It totally made me smile because it's so cool to me to see her get excited about the holidays. Every year as she gets older, she understands more and gets so excited for the next big event!

Well, I'm so glad that fall is finally here. I've been getting excited at the thought that Thanksgiving is next month already, too! Can you believe it? I especially love this time of year for all the yummy food and drinks, especially all the pumpkin stuff! If I wasn't pregnant, I would probably be at Starbucks every day for a pumpkin spice latte! And yeah, in case your wondering if I realize that drinking some caffeine is okay during pregnancy...yes I am aware of that. I just try to do my best to limit my caffeine intake, especially at the beginning of pregnancy. On Saturday, I'll be 12 weeks already and so far things are still going well, thank the Lord!
I guess that's all I've got for today. Be sure to check back with me tomorrow as I have a little giveaway up my sleeve. It's something small, and no it's not a hat, but I think it may be something that will bless somebody out there!

pumpkin spice lattes are the best! next time i have one, i will drink it in your honor and the bean!
I like fall decorations but mine are still in a tote stored away. Not sure if I'm even gonna get them out. You could put that chair on your porch!
Try a Caramel Apple Cider - not a coffee drink, so no caffeine but still ohhhhh so good!!

I love all your decorations! I love fall for the pumpkin spice everything too! There's nothing better than a good pumpkin spice candle! It just makes your house feel like home :) Here in Texas, we have to break out the pumpkin spice candles so we can pretend it's cold outside, because it still feels like Summer when you go outside!

Sarah is right those Carmal Apple Ciders are so good I'd get them all the time when I worked for Starbucks! And at christmas time I'd get their Vanilla Steamers. Both are caffine free. Also you can make your own decaf coffee at home and add pumpkin pie spice creamer they sell in the store. I know not the same but it's something!
It's funny my tickers are also reading 11 weeks and 3 days are you do on the 24th as well?
Things are going well for us we have a doctor's appointment on the 16th and that's when we'll schedule the date for the gender ultrasound. So excited about our April babies!
Pumpkin Spice Latte's are the best! I love fall! Here in the OC we had a beautiful Fall day on Sunday...it made me giddy!

I love all of the decorations! So cute! It's nice when kids get older and more excited. I am still waiting for that to happen with Molly, someday! Glad you are doing good!
i really need to get my fall stuff out!! i still have a sign that says happy spring!! :0) i love fall decorations as well. yours are super cute! i just wanted to tell you i bought the kari jobe cd yesterday to listen to on our trip!! so i'm not going to enter the giveaway, that way someone else can have the chance. i haven't opened it yet, but am super stoked to listen to it for 19 hours. ;0)
